Ambition, a desire to grow and to learn from the great masters have characterised the working experience of the chef Damiano Ferraro.
Living the various professional chapters with his eyes always on his goal has left its mark, from the famous chefs he was working with at the Spinne of Grindelwald, the Olden and the Grand Hotel Park of Gstaad in Switzerland and then in London in the kitchen of the chef Willi Elsener at the Dorchester, and then the greatest learning experience at La Gavroche, indelible traces that even today, as Damiano himself says, he draws on in the course of his daily work at his Capitolo Primo restaurant.
Working abroad, in fact, taught him how to evaluate, how to know foods, how to take care of his guests, how to run things and understand people. He considers the possibility of working in a land where nature is bountiful and generous to be a great fortune.
