Damiano's Breakfast
What makes waking up sweet and truly exclusive for guests of the boutique hotel in Montallegro, in the province of Agrigento, is the breakfast prepared by chef Damiano Ferraro and served in the winter garden of Relais Briuccia.
When you wake up, you will find a table adorned with refined white tablecloths that will serve as a palette to enhance the explosion of colours, varieties and shapes of breakfast. Home-made cakes and tarts filled with locally produced jams, accompanied by croissants, fresh seasonal fruit, breads made with ancient grains, focaccia and sfincioni, cereals and many other typical Sicilian products. Yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice and fruit juices. A selection of teas and herbal teas, cappuccino and coffee are also available.
