The Capitolo Primo restaurant of the chef Damiano Ferraro, at Montallegro in the province of Agrigento, is situated in the old internal courtyard of Palazzo Briuccia, where in the past traditional farming tasks were carried out.

That old aristocratic palace, that the chef as a child saw in an abandoned state, today with his great pride has been returned to the community of Montallegro and opened to those who appreciate high class restaurants. The inner patio of Palazzo Briuccia, transformed into a winter garden, and covered by a glass dome, now houses the haute cuisine Sicilian restaurant, open to guests from 7 pm to 10.30 pm every day of the week except Monday, also during the winter.
